My pastry chef Vicki, checked out Mexican House of Spice earlier this week. Due to holiday madness I won't be able to make it until next week, but I was so excited I had to share the news now.
Vicki reports an extensive selection of Latin American and Caribbean candies, chilles, dry goods like masa, Mexican oregano, tinned products, like salsas and Pozole, as well as fresh Mexican cheeses.

We've needed a market like this in Victoria for a long time.
