I'm little overdue reporting on the 2nd Annual Burger Bash, my apologies to all those burger enthusiasts involved.
It was a pleasure to be invited to help judge the event. While, the competitor turn-out was lower than expected, I was impressed with the contributions presented. Team Stranglehold put some serious re
search and development into their burgers. Burger science at its best really.
My personal faves were the buffalo buffalo slider burger with bison, buffalo hot wing sauce and blue cheese on a nice tender little bun. We similarly enjoyed the cheesecake dessert burger with its blueberry scone bun and bacon - yummy.
The other competitors made valiant efforts, but could not stand up to the preparedness of the Stranglehold team.
